I called late in the season after calling so many companies. Even thought they had a full schedule they came and opened my pool. My husband has cancer and this was his first year not being able to open our pool. It was depressing and he just wanted to swim. George and his men can the next day. I am very thankful to them. After realizing I had a possible leak in my liner, I contacted CPSOLI. The owner answered my call personally. He walked me through each scenario of what it could be and what would have to be done. He got me in on an emergency service call, equipped with dive gear.

Not only did Mr. Kokkos diagnose the problem quickly and efficiently after diving in, he fixed it on the spot. We've had no further issues and have been enjoying a great summer. Thank you so much Mr. Kokkos. Although the new customer discount wasn't necessary, I appreciate it and will be using no other company in the future.

Complete pool service did a great job opening up our pool. We made last minute blind calls when the person who was supposed to open the pool failed to show up twice and despite a busy schedule they fit us In the next day! When they came the heater line was cracked so they couldn't get it up and running but connected everything and at our request left the chemicals for us to put in once we repaired the pipe. He even took the charge for connecting the heater off the bill which was super honest! We had some questions regarding the heater and received a prompt response and valuable information from the owner George. Excellent communication, prompt and professional service. We will be using them to close our pool in the fall. Thank you!
